Payment
Airfare from the U.S. to Europe is not included in the tour price.
You will need some spending money for souvenirs, shopping, and museums, activities or transportation on your “free” days. Please check your specific tour itinerary for the meals which are not included with your tour (usually most lunches and one or two dinners are on your own.)
We cover all breakfasts, most dinners, race entry, all guided tours (plus any museum entry on the guided tours), transportation, and all gratuities! Check your specific tour itinerary for all the details.
To confirm a spot on tour, we require an initial deposit of 15% of the tour price, per traveler, per tour. Your final payment is due in our office 60 days prior to the tour start date.
