Antwerp Marathon & 10 Mile – Belgium & Amsterdam

Belgium is underrated or not hyped enough. We love Belgium…what’s not to love, beer, chocolate, fries, waffles, friendly people…done! The Antwerp 10 mile and marathon is a great race and a great opportunity to meld in with the Belgians and other Europeans. This has become the biggest running event in Belgium, recently breaking 40,000 participants. Of these participants, you will be running with those from 125 nations, 40% of these participants being women. On top of that, 320 companies and 90 schools also participate…you’ll definitely feel the local vibe here!

We will get the feel for what this great port city has to offer with 4 nights here including a city tour, the race, some fantastic food and, of course, beer and chocolate! We will then move on to Amsterdam…you can check Netherlands off of your list of countries. We will enjoy the food scene, shopping, private tours and events and the general laid back life and attitude that is Amsterdam. We have come to truly love this city and its people!

The Race:

The Antwerp Marathon is known for its fast, flat course which provides a great opportunity for achieving a new personal record!  Both courses will provide you the chance to see the sites of this great Belgian city in a new way, by enjoying a race will Belgian locals.
